Paying is just as difficult as ever – since the federal government still recognized cannabis as a controlled substance. Other than accepting cash, dispensaries will often offer the options of ATMs, or third-party payment platforms such as CanPay.
In Las Vegas, customers are allowed to purchase and possess up to one ounce (28 grams) of cannabis per day. That is the only restriction; there is no longer monthly allotments like medical cannabis programs enforce. When traveling the city, or state, with cannabis, there is no specific documentation needed – just proof that you’re of age to be possessing (21+).
